Aleisha

Aleisha

Aleisha is one of our Season A athletes, bringing a focused, disciplined and well-rounded approach to the sport.

Currently competing in the IFBB Wellness division, Aleisha’s journey into bodybuilding has been shaped by both experience and self-awareness. Having previously competed in ICN as a Figure athlete, she took time away from the stage before returning with a physique that naturally suited the Wellness criteria. With her strong lower body development and balanced structure, the division felt like the perfect fit.

For Aleisha, one of the biggest lessons from competing has been understanding that bodybuilding is ultimately about competing against yourself. Each prep is an opportunity to improve on the last package, refine stage presence, and continue developing the details that separate athletes on stage.

As she heads into the 2026 season, Aleisha’s focus is clear: bringing a stronger stage presence, refining her posing, and presenting a better version of her previous physique. Her mindset is grounded in consistency and delayed gratification, trusting the process even when prep becomes challenging.

Outside of the physical side of competing, Aleisha brings a unique perspective to the sport. Professionally, she has a background as a wetland ecologist. It’s a contrast to the polished stage look, but one that reflects the balance she embraces between strength, discipline, and enjoying the process.

For Aleisha, bodybuilding is deeply personal. The sport constantly reminds her of the resilience she has built through life and reinforces the belief that with the right mindset, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

As a Comp Culture ambassador, Aleisha represents the values we stand for; consistency, discipline, growth, and showing up every day committed to being better than the last version of yourself.

We’re excited to support Aleisha throughout Season A and share more of her journey with the Comp Culture community.
