Ordering for show day should feel simple. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about custom robes, shipping, returns, team orders and more.
How do I order a custom robe?
To place a custom robe order, simply select your robe colour and complete each customisation field on the product page. You’ll be able to choose your front and back options, font style, glitter colour, and add any required text or logo details before adding to cart.
Please make sure all spelling, wording and custom selections are entered exactly as you want them, as custom orders are produced using the information submitted at checkout.
What customisation options are available for robes?
Our custom competition robes are available in Black and Pink and can be customised with:
- Front name
- Back text
- Back logo
- Font style
- Glitter colour
You can personalise the front with a name and choose either back text or a back logo, depending on the option selected on the product page.
How should I enter my custom wording?
Please enter all custom wording exactly as you would like it printed, including spelling, capital letters and spacing. We print directly from the details submitted with your order, so it is important to double-check everything before completing checkout.
Can I add both back text and a back logo?
Back customisation options depend on the product setup selected on the page. If both options are not available together, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what is possible.
Can I place an urgent custom robe order?
Yes, but we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping and including your required date wherever prompted when placing your order. We will always do our best to prioritise urgent orders, however express shipping speeds up delivery only and does not remove production time from the custom order process.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise whether your timeframe is achievable.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: $10.95
Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days
- Express Shipping: $16.95
Estimated delivery: 1 to 4 business days
- Free Shipping: Free for orders $100+
International
- Standard International: $40.00
Estimated delivery: 6 to 27 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and peak periods. For custom orders, please allow additional production time before dispatch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Custom orders require production time before they are shipped. Shipping method only affects delivery speed after dispatch.
As a general guide once shipped:
- Regular delivery: approximately 5–10 business days
- Express delivery: approximately 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location. Orders being sent to regional areas, WA or NT may take longer once lodged with Australia Post.
Will I receive tracking?
All parcel orders are sent with tracking where applicable, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Envelope orders and untracked services may not include tracking.
Do you offer team or bulk robe discounts?
Yes. We can offer custom pricing on team robe orders.
If you’re ordering for a team, please contact us before placing your order so we can help organise the order and provide a team discount code where applicable.
What is your return and refund policy?
We only offer refunds where required under Australian Consumer Law or where Comp Culture is at fault, including where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Incorrect spelling, wording or custom details submitted by the customer
- Custom robes or other personalised products
- Personal hygiene items
- Damage caused after delivery through wear, misuse or failure to follow care instructions
If you need to exchange an eligible product, we may approve an exchange at our discretion, however return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange a custom robe?
Because custom robes are made specifically to your submitted order details, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or customer spelling/customisation errors.
If Comp Culture has made an error with your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it.
Do you offer exchanges on non-custom items?
Yes, eligible non-custom items may be exchanged subject to approval. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused and with tags or original packaging where applicable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly by Comp Culture.
How do I become a Comp Culture ambassador?
We regularly review ambassador opportunities across competition seasons. We look for athletes and advocates who genuinely align with the brand, are active within the fitness and competition space, and represent Comp Culture with authenticity, professionalism and consistency.
