Refund policy
At Comp Culture, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into every order. If there is an issue with your order, we want to work with you to resolve it fairly and efficiently.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, or where Comp Culture is at fault. This includes circumstances where:

the item is faulty or damaged on arrival

the wrong item was sent

the item is significantly different from what was ordered

we are otherwise unable to fulfil our obligations in relation to your order
Refunds will not be issued for:

change of mind
-
incorrect sizing selected by the customer

incorrect spelling, wording, dates, colours or custom details entered at checkout
-
custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items, including custom robes
-
personal hygiene products
-
damage caused after delivery due to wear and tear, misuse, incorrect washing, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions
Exchanges
We may approve exchanges on eligible non-custom items at our discretion, provided the item is returned:

unused and unworn
-
in original condition
-
with any tags, packaging or accessories included
Exchanges are not available for custom robes, personalised items, or personal hygiene products unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly by Comp Culture.
Where an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or an error was made by Comp Culture.
Custom Orders
Please review all custom order details carefully before placing your order. Comp Culture produces custom items based on the exact information submitted by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for customer errors in spelling, wording, dates, font choices, colour selections, or other customisation details supplied during the ordering process.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with:

a description of the issue

clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
