Tahlia Marriott

Tahlia Marriott is stepping into Season A 2026 with focus, discipline, and a clear vision of where she wants to go in the sport.

After being introduced to bodybuilding through people around her who had recently competed in 2023, Tahlia quickly became fascinated with the sport and everything that goes into it. What began as curiosity quickly grew into a genuine passion for the process, the structure, and the challenge that bodybuilding brings.

For Tahlia, competing is about more than just stepping on stage. It’s about personal growth, mindset, and learning how to push through the moments where most people give up. Her biggest lesson throughout prep so far has been learning how to shift mindset patterns, turning difficult moments into opportunities to grow stronger mentally and emotionally.

As both an athlete and coach, Tahlia brings discipline and structure into every part of her routine. Her days are built around training clients, completing her own training and cardio, working through posing practice and mandatory poses, and continuing her online coaching work before preparing for the next day.

One non-negotiable in her routine is daily posing practice. Tahlia understands that posing can make or break a physique on stage, and she approaches it with the same consistency and attention to detail as her training.

Looking ahead to Season A 2026, Tahlia’s goal is simple but powerful: to reach the stage and push past the point where most people quit. Ultimately, she’s chasing a Bikini Junior Overall title, while continuing to build a name for herself within the industry and working toward teaching IFBB posing in the future.

As a Comp Culture ambassador, Tahlia represents the mindset, work ethic, and passion that define the competition community. Already sharing her prep journey and supporting other athletes along the way, she embodies the values of discipline, growth, and confidence that Comp Culture stands for.

Mindset mantra:
“The more you put in, the more you get out.”
